Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing online courses for higher education or corporate training.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative online course design and development projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online course content, including modules, activities, and assessments, utilizing instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure its accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness.
• Create multimedia learning assets such as videos, interactive simulations, and graphics to enhance learner engagement.
• Build and maintain courses within various Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of online courses to ensure alignment with design standards and learning objectives.
