The role focuses on eLearning content, instructor-led modules, videos, and performance aids, using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Audacity, and Well Said Labs to create remarkable experiences across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in the staffing industry preferred.
• Experience with eLearning development and training methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver course curricula.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and the training team to design learning activities.
• Develop eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, and performance aids.
• Create and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Design curriculum to drive initiatives and support growth.
