Qualifications

• Master's Degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years if applicable for Advanced Professional track.
• Expertise in AI in higher education and learning analytics is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale or interdisciplinary program development.
• Familiarity with data systems and reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level design efforts as the lead instructional designer for academic programs.
• Manage complex design projects from initiation through delivery with quality and scalability.
• Apply learning theory and design frameworks to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
• Advise faculty on responsible use of generative AI tools and AI-enabled teaching strategies.
• Use LMS data to evaluate outcomes and inform course and program revisions; contribute to dashboards.
