Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical experience.
• Oncology, Rare disease, or specialty sales preferred.
• High comprehension of scientific knowledge and ability to communicate with medical professionals.
• Large account management experience with emphasis on key oncology practices and centers.

Responsibilities

• Implement overall marketing and brand strategy for targeting and deployment of resources to key customers.
• Formulate strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals within target accounts.
• Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate use of assigned product.
• Develop strategies to utilize account-specific marketing materials to educate stakeholders.
• Create account-specific business plans to gain access to key stakeholders.
• Provide real-time market input to Home Office for targeted strategies and materials.
• Drive field execution, calls per day, and reach to meet sales targets.
• Apply expertise to implement plans and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of disease states, landscape, and organizational structure.
• Analyze data and prepare materials for business reviews.
• Serve as a technical/functional resource for colleagues and customers.
