Job summary

Takeda Oncology is looking for a results-driven sales professional to join the Oncology Sales team. You will report to the Regional Director, collaborate with key stakeholders, and implement marketing and brand strategies to drive product positioning with target accounts.

The role emphasizes field execution, data analysis for business reviews, and building strong internal and external relationships. Travel is 10-20%, training is mandatory, and the position is remote under Takeda's Hybrid and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of demonstrated successful pharmaceutical experience.
Oncology, rare disease, or specialty sales preferred.
Strong ability to communicate with medical professionals in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities

Implement overall marketing and brand strategy for key customers.
Formulate strategies to achieve sales goals and product positioning in accounts.
Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate product use.
Develop account-specific business plans to gain access to stakeholders.
