Takeda Oncology is seeking a dynamic sales professional to advance our oncology portfolio in the United States. As a member of the Oncology Sales team, you will report to the Regional Director and build relationships with key decision makers at large academic centers and community practices.

Your focus will be on strategy, field execution, and data-driven territory management to drive product adoption. You will implement marketing and brand strategies, educate stakeholders with on-label clinical

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of demonstrated successful pharmaceutical experience.
• Oncology, rare disease, or specialty sales preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High comprehension of scientific knowledge and ability to communicate with medical professionals compliantly.
• Strong computer and technical skills to process and analyze territory data.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Implement overall marketing and brand strategy for targeting and deployment of resources to key customers.
• Formulate strategies to achieve sales goals and product positioning within target accounts.
• Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate use of the product.
• Develop relationships with high level decision makers and influential groups.
• Create account-specific business plans to gain access to stakeholders.
• Analyze data and prepare subjects for business reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease states, and competitive landscape.
• Complete accurate reporting (territory action plan, expense reports, itineraries, samples, speakers, budgets).
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across Takeda Oncology.
• Report adverse events and manage distribution/delivery systems for oral molecules.
