Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager for the Chicago area to lead sales and support of stemline products within the solid tumor space. You will build relationships with hospital HCPs, develop strategic opportunities, and drive revenue in your designated territory.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biologic sales with oncology exposure, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel 50%+. Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 with incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products to designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital HCPs and key decision makers.
• Track and report territory opportunities with RSD; manage CRM-based sales activities.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
