Job summary

Parexel International is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will be a recognized Oncology professional with experience in design, operational conduct, and global delivery of solutions, partnering across Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs to optimize new business awards with compelling strategies.

You will influence pre-award and post-sales activities, provide leadership, and help shape differentiated solutions for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years life science/CRO experience.
5+ years strategic drug development planning.
5+ years Oncology expertise in design, operations and global delivery.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities in Oncology and craft creative solutions for campaigns and pursuits.
Advise Sponsors and internal teams, applying Oncology expertise to develop competitive solution models.
Create customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors and driving growth.
Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and deliver consistent messaging.
Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
Provide strategic leadership in pre- and post-sales activities for major accounts.
Support clients through pre-award process and promote solution adoption.
Maintain knowledge of products and pipelines and stay aware of industry trends.
