Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology for a remote role. You will lead strategy, risk assessments, and global delivery of oncology solutions, partnering with enterprise and growth accounts to optimize new business awards and drive client value.

Leverage deep oncology expertise to craft competitive proposals, guide internal teams, and shape differentiated solutions that align with Parexel’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Life Sciences/Clinical Research environment.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related strategy work.
• 5+ years Oncology expertise with global delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise, Growth, and SBUs to identify and prioritize Oncology opportunities.
• Develop compelling, competitive solution models for proposals and sales campaigns.
• Provide strategic guidance to Sponsors and internal teams for bid strategies.
• Create client-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors.
• Ensure responses reflect strategy discussions and convey value propositions.
• Lead bid-content definition and support bid-pursuit meetings as needed.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique client solutions.
• Provide leadership in pre- and post-sales activities for major accounts.
• Keep up-to-date on products, pipelines, and regulatory trends.
• Gather client feedback to shape Product Management and market value propositions.
• Support discovery sessions to align with client objectives and needs.
