Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will shape differentiated oncology solutions, partner with key accounts, and lead strategic pre- and post-sales activities across global clients.

Ideal candidates bring extensive oncology and life sciences experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to craft compelling, client-focused proposals in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in Life Sciences / CRO environments.
• 5+ years in oncology with global delivery experience.
• Experience in strategic drug development planning is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities within Oncology across accounts.
• Develop competitive solution models and communicate with executive audiences.
• Create customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel.
• Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
• Provide strategic leadership in pre- and post-sales activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years Life Science industry experience

5+ years Oncology expertise in design and global delivery

5+ years strategic drug development planning

Willingness to travel up to 30%
