Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to lead strategic design and global delivery of oncology solutions in a remote capacity. You will partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and Commercial Operations to optimize new business awards with compelling operational and technical strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of Life Science industry and CRO experience.
• 5+ years of strategic drug development planning or planning clinical, technical, or operational strategies.
• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with design, operational conduct and global delivery of solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and Strategic Business Units to identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities and craft creative solutions for Oncology.
• Provide advice and guidance to Sponsors and internal teams, applying Oncology expertise to develop competitive solution models and communicate credibly with audiences from peers to C-suite.
• Create customer-focused, well-presented proposal content that clearly differentiates Parexel from competitors and drives growth.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions, meet client needs, deliver consistent messaging, and convey value proposition and critical success factors.
• Define bid pursuit content, review and integrate into RFP strategies, and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique business solutions for customers and position value to support industry leadership.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership within pre- and post-sales activities and guidance for major accounts.
• Support clients through the pre-award process and promote solution adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant products and pipelines, identify business opportunities, and stay aware of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Bring market requirements into Product Management and solution development to create market value propositions and an outside-in Parexel culture.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives and present solutions.
