Parexel seeks an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will lead oncology-focused, end-to-end solution development, partnering with Enterprise and Growth Accounts and Global Units to optimize new business awards with strategic and technical rigor.

You will influence pre- and post-sales activities, shape market value propositions, and contribute to Parexel’s ongoing leadership in clinical research and new therapy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Life Science/Clinical Research Organization.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related strategies.
• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with design and global delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize oncology opportunities; craft solutions for campaigns.
• Provide guidance to Sponsors and internal teams; translate Oncology expertise into compelling models.
• Create customer-focused proposal content; differentiate Parexel from competitors and drive growth.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and convey value propositions.
• Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
