Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will be an Oncology expert guiding design, operations, and global delivery of strategic solutions for Sponsors and internal teams.

You will partner across Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, Commercial Operations, and SBUs to optimize new business awards with compelling strategies and risk assessments. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Life Science and CRO environments.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related strategy roles.
• 5+ years Oncology expertise with global delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities with Oncology focus to drive growth.
• Develop competitive solution models and communicate to diverse audiences.
• Create compelling proposal content differentiating Parexel.
• Lead pre- and post-sales activities and strategic direction for major accounts.
• Provide strategic leadership and industry insight across BIUs and accounts.
• Support customers through pre-award process and promote solution adoption.
