Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will lead strategic oncology solution design and global delivery, partnering with Enterprise Accounts and SBUs to win awards with compelling operational and technical strategies.

The role requires oncology expertise, strong consultative leadership, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level, shaping proposals and differentiating Parexel in competitive markets to advance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in Life Science/CR environment.
5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related planning experience.
5+ years of Oncology expertise with design, operational conduct, and global delivery of solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and prioritize Oncology opportunities and craft competitive solution models.
Advise Sponsors and internal teams with Oncology expertise to differentiate Parexel proposals.
Create customer-focused, well-presented proposal content to differentiate Parexel.
Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and deliver consistent messaging.
