Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling to oncology customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience and build relationships.
• Use approved resources to communicate a patient-centered rationale for oncology products.
• Understand cancer care pathways and impact on patients to tailor discussions with customers.
• Analyze market trends and account patterns to develop short- and long-term plans with the Oncology Customer Team Leader.
