You will partner with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and other colleagues to meet territory goals, build relationships, and drive optimal patient care while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience required.
• Travel up to 25% and valid driver’s license expected.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Communicate compelling patient-centered rationale for Oncology products in indicated uses.
• Understand cancer care pathways and clinical guidelines relevant to tumor types.
• Analyze buying environment and patterns across multiple distribution channels.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term territory plans with local team.
