Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive growth across the Arkansas region. You will engage with oncology customers, educate stakeholders on Merck Oncology products, and work to meet or exceed sales goals while navigating complex tumor types and care pathways.

The role requires 2+ years of oncology field sales experience or equivalent healthcare experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers.
• Equivalent experience in healthcare/scientific fields with oncology exposure, including sales, marketing or related roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience for Oncology products.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for Oncology products to key stakeholders.
• Understand cancer pathways, tumor types, and treatment options and apply them in customer engagements.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and across multiple distribution channels.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans in coordination with the local team.
