Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8+ years sales experience or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 2+ years oncology field‑based experience selling to oncology customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the Arkansas geography.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand practice structure and drivers.
• Communicate a patient‑centered rationale for oncology products in indicated uses.
• Understand cancer pathways and treatment options and their impact on patients.
• Analyze buying patterns and optimize multi‑channel distribution and accounts.
