Caris Life Sciences in Illinois is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. You will build strong clinical and operational partnerships with oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare stakeholders, guiding adoption of Caris molecular profiling solutions from order to report delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in oncology or diagnostics sales, excels in consultative selling, and can travel as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.
Position Caris as a preferred or sole-source provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement.
