BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Oncology in the Upper Midwest to lead a high-impact team selling our liquid biopsy products and services.

You will cultivate relationships with oncologists and the cancer care community, delivering clinical information and shaping market strategies from Minnesota to Missouri. The role requires proven leadership in molecular diagnostics sales, talent development, and a track record of exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team of sales reps at a molecular diagnostics / liquid biopsy company, directly selling to oncologists in the region.
• Strong experience hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating a team to exceed ambitious sales goals.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., President's Club, Circle of Excellence), solid negotiation and closing skills, and ability to analyze data.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the Upper Midwest region.
• Build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and grow market share.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop staff to achieve targets.
• Develop tailored pitches to oncologists and cancer care teams.
• Analyze sales results and industry trends to maintain competitive edge and drive revenue.
