BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager - Oncology for the Upper Midwest to lead a high-impact sales team focused on our liquid biopsy portfolio. This remote role requires building relationships with oncologists and driving sales in a growing molecular diagnostics market.

You will develop strategic plans, coach a field team, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve how our tests are communicated and adopted in clinical care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team of sales reps in a molecular diagnostics/liquid biopsy company.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the region.
• Lead and develop Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and grow market share.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop staff.
• Develop tailored pitches to oncologists and cancer care teams.
• Analyze sales results, monitor industry trends, and respond to competitive dynamics.
