Cardinal Health seeks a Sales Director – Oncology Provider to expand the specialty footprint in community oncology practices across a defined US geography. You will drive new business with physician offices, partner with internal teams, and maintain a strong Cardinal Health network.

This remote role requires the ability to travel up to 50% and report to the Director of Sales and Business Development. The position targets expanding Cardinal Health’s specialty solutions within drug distribution

Formación

• Minimum eight years of healthcare sales and complex account/relationship management experience, including at least three years within oncology physician office.
• Experience with contracting, demand realization, and GPO pull through.
• Excellent planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to design win-win strategies for Cardinal Health and the client base.
• Self-starter; able to determine, independently, solutions that ensure business objectives are achieved within acceptable tolerances.
• Demonstrated matrix management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence, presentation and communication capabilities.
• Ability to travel 50% within the territory; work from home when not traveling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify/target, build pipeline and close new business for newly contracted customers within a defined geography.
• Respond to hot leads from Marketing or GPO initiatives to generate interest and lead to further opportunity.
• Collaborate with deal modeling, finance and proposal team to develop proposals and execute new business.
• Deliver well designed, compelling sales presentations to executive customers.
• Manage executive relationships with professionals across the network.
• Develop territory business plans; communicate updates to stakeholders.
