Amgen is seeking an Account Manager for its Oncology portfolio in the United States. The role focuses on building and sustaining strategic relationships with major Oncology accounts, executing targeted account plans, and delivering value across the Oncology portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive account management and sales experience within healthcare, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex payor and reimbursement landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of account management and/or payor experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and reform implications.
• Ability to engage executive/administrative level personnel at large accounts.
• Experience with Oncology market trends and reimbursement landscape.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage strong B2B relationships within Amgen’s Oncology accounts.
• Develop and execute focused strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
• Engage target customers on the Oncology portfolio and identify market trends.
• Optimize Oncology business performance across the full portfolio.
• Collaborate with HQ to align on key account goals.
• Lead cross-functional field-based communications for account coverage.
• Advance quality initiatives at key accounts aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Discuss contracting, pricing and value messages with executive contacts.
• Adhere to corporate policies and maintain integrity.
