Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff, guiding them through onboarding, access and support for GSK Oncology products.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding and payment policies, and assist with prior authorizations and appeals within program guidelines.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and escalate complex access issues to the appropriate teams.
