MSD in the United States is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to cover a Phoenix, AZ territory. You will engage with customers, educate stakeholders on oncology products, and drive sales goals while collaborating with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and regional colleagues.

The role requires 6+ years of sales in life sciences or oncology, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Flexible work arrangements include remote options and national sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience can be professional sales, healthcare/ sci field, or military.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Travel 10-15% (overnight as required).
• Residence must be within reasonable distance to the district.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales goals for the geography.
• Engage with stakeholders, build relationships, uncover needs.
• Communicate patient-centered rationale for oncology products.
• Understand care teams, cancer staging, options, guidelines.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and channels.
• Review patterns for products purchased (outpatient/inpatient).
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the Oncology Team Leader.
• Ask insightful questions to understand priorities.
• Ensure consistent customer experience across divisions.
