Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to drive growth in the Phoenix, AZ region. You will engage with customers, educate stakeholders about oncology products, and collaborate with the oncology team to meet sales goals.

The role requires field travel, strong relationship-building, and a deep understanding of oncology care pathways. A driven, customer-focused approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, healthcare/scientific background with oncology focus, marketing, or military experience.

Responsabilités

• Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business models, and influencers to uncover needs.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for Oncology products in indicated uses.
• Understand cancer treatment pathways and guidelines across tumor types.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and multiple distribution channels.
• Develop short- and long-term plans with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and district manager.
