Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Alternate path: high school diploma with 8+ years of equivalent healthcare/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales goals for the geography.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and influencers.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for Oncology products.
• Understand cancer pathways, treatment options, and guidelines.
• Analyze buying patterns across multiple distribution channels.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and district manager on plans.
• Ask insightful questions to identify customer priorities.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions and share learnings.
