Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to join our field-based team in the United States, focusing on the Charleston, SC region. You will educate stakeholders about our oncology portfolio and drive patient-centered conversations with hospitals, clinics, and specialists.

Travel about 25% is required, including national meetings. You will partner with district leaders and cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and meet sales targets while navigating the complex healthcare

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant sales/healthcare experience.
2+ years oncology field-based sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~25%.

Responsabilidades

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure seamless customer experience and understand practice structures.
Communicate patient-centered rationale for Oncology products to key stakeholders.
Understand cancer pathways and guidelines and how they impact patient treatment options.
Analyze market trends and pattern of product purchases across hospital, infusion, and GPO channels.
Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with local team and district manager.
