Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• Equivalent experience in healthcare/scientific fields acceptable, oncology preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Willing to travel 10–15% including overnight travel.
• Residence in or near the district to cover the Washington DC region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience for Oncology products.
• Engage with customers using approved resources and messaging to discuss product benefits.
• Understand cancer care pathways and guidelines to inform account teams and customers.
• Analyze market trends and purchasing patterns across channels (GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies).
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans with the Oncology Customer Team Leader.
