Onco360 Pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking an Oncology Concierge Technician to join our mission-driven team. You will support pharmacists and operations by assisting with dispensing specialty medications and handling inquiries.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and pharmacy experience; you will work varying shifts Monday–Friday, including mornings and early evenings, with benefits and growth opportunities within an oncology-focused pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Pharmacy terminology knowledge, basic math, and Roman numerals.
• Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration (per State Board).
• National Certification (CPhT via PTCB/NHA) may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• The Oncology Concierge Technician supports pharmacists and pharmacy operations by assisting with dispensing specialty medications, resolving patient and provider inquiries, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and manufacturer programs.
• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries; triage calls to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments; handle inbound calls using first-call resolution practices.
• Understand Manufacturer programs and participate in HUB enrollment opportunities and patient status research.
• Performs activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.
