Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking an Oncology Concierge Technician in Buffalo, NY. This full-time role supports pharmacists, assists with dispensing specialty medications, and resolves patient and provider inquiries while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

You will coordinate deliveries, collect co-pays, and support HUB enrollment opportunities, all within REMS and manufacturer program requirements; strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries; triage to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-pays via phone; use first-call resolution practices.
• Understand Manufacturer programs and Concierge Services requirements.
• Assist with dispensing specialty medications and ensuring regulatory compliance.
