You will assist pharmacists, handle patient/provider inquiries, and ensure compliance with REMS and regulatory requirements while supporting dispensing of specialty medications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Pharmacy terminology knowledge (sig codes, Roman numerals).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments by phone.
• Triage calls to appropriate departments and support pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
• Assist with dispensing specialty medications and manufacturer programs.
