Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Pharmacy terminology knowledge including sig codes and Roman numerals
• Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments
• Assist with dispensing specialty medications and ensure regulatory compliance
• Understand Manufacturer programs and participate in Concierge services
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy operations as directed by management
