Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking Oncology Concierge Technicians to join our New Hyde Park, NY team. This full-time role supports pharmacists and operations by dispensing specialty medications, resolving patient/provider inquiries, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Remote work opportunity available, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting wage of $26.00/hr plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those starting before Oct 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and basic math.
• Pharmacy Technician license/registration as required by state law; national certification (CPhT) may be required.
• Ability to triage inquiries and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries, triage calls to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments via phone.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and manufacturer programs.
• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy operations with dispensing specialty medications.
• Support HUB enrollment and verify label status as needed.
