Onco360 Pharmacy in Waltham, MA is seeking an Oncology Concierge Technician to join our mission-driven team. This full-time role supports pharmacists and patient care, handling dispensing assistance, inquiries, and program compliance, with a remote work option.

You will provide first-call resolution, coordinate deliveries, collect co-pays, and navigate manufacturer programs. A High School diploma, 1+ year pharmacy experience, and pharmacy license are required; we offer benefits including 401k

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy terminology and sig codes.
• Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration.
• CPhT certification preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-pays by phone.
• Triage calls to appropriate departments.
• Understand manufacturer programs and concierge services.
• Assist with dispensing specialty medications under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with REMS and pharmacy regulations.
• Support team with related tasks as needed.
