Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Woodridge, IL is seeking full-time team members for their phone support service. This remote opportunity includes handling inquiries from healthcare providers and patients, coordinating medication deliveries, and working with insurance claims.

The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and at least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. A generous starting salary of $22/hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying employees are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• PTCB Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff for medication refill deliveries.
• Work with insurance companies on rejected claims.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
