Job summary

Required: 7+ years biotech/pharma sales, 5+ years territory management, oncology/rare disease product experience, and proven launches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated sales experience in biotech/pharma
• 5+ years of account/territory management experience
• Experience in Oncology or Rare Disease with HCP-administered products preferred
• Successful product launches experience
• Strong ability to learn and apply technical product information
• Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to grow territory business
• Educate customers on company products with compliance to promotional requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with target physicians, HCPs, and hospital staff
• Analyze data to create territory action plans and optimize patient access
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support brand objectives
• Plan and execute local speaker programs while managing budget
