Job summary

Immunocore is seeking an experienced OAM to drive sales and build key physician and HCP relationships across a South Florida territory. This remote US role requires strong clinical messaging and a track record of meeting product goals for oncology-related indications.

The candidate will analyze local markets, develop business plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and utilization. Travel and field activities are a component of this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven sales success in biotech/pharma.
• 5+ years account/territory management experience.
• Experience in Oncology or Rare Disease with HCP-administered products preferred.
• Successful experience in product launches and execution of launch strategies.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product information.
• Proven integrity and compliance in complex markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to grow territory business.
• Educate customers on company products consistent with promotion requirements.
• Build strong relationships with target physicians, HCPs, staff and other stakeholders.
• Develop local tactics addressing market dynamics to meet objectives.
• Analyze data to create territory action plans and enhance relationships.
• Identify new targets based on referral patterns and patient migration.
• Understand account-level decisions affecting product access and formulary placement.
• Collaborate with field partners and internal teams on issues impacting territory and markets.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs within policy.
