Job summary

Openforce, a leading SaaS and services company, is seeking an IC Experience Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on guiding contractors through enrollment for new implementations and supporting existing projects, while handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

The position emphasizes proactive enrollment outreach, day-to-day contractor experience support, and collaboration with internal teams and external clients to meet timelines and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
• At least two years in customer service, including one year in a call center.
• Proficient with PC basics and MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide contractors through onboarding/enrollment with client implementations.
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide frontline support and SME guidance for assigned programs or systems.
• Document interactions and provide regular project updates to internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Openforce departments and third-party vendors to resolve requests.
