Job summary

Sinch is seeking an Onboarding Specialist II to guide new customers through implementation and early adoption of our platform. You will manage a portfolio of onboarding projects, host calls, deliver product walkthroughs, and coordinate tasks to keep implementations on track.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to drive timely value realization, maintain CRM records, and monitor milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in voice telephony and related platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Host customer calls, deliver product walkthroughs, and coordinate onboarding tasks.
• Serve as primary contact during initial onboarding and ensure on-time value realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and onboarding milestones.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding workflows and resources.
• Provide ongoing enablement resources and best practices to customers.
