Gen II Fund Services is seeking a results-driven specialist to oversee onboarding, customer success, and best practices for our Sensr Portal platform. You will drive client implementations, partner with Client Service Teams, and foster strong client relationships to ensure platform comfort and value realization.

You will collaborate with product teams to share feedback, identify gaps, and help refine features.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in fintech software.
• Experience with SaaS private equity reporting portals.
• Proficient with large data sets in SaaS.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Train internal teams on new product features and advocate for Sensr Portal.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships to drive continued value of products and services.
• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and content, collaborating with internal teams.
• Communicate needs to internal and external senior management to maximize retention and growth.
• Maintain customer success metrics and data as directed.
