Job summary

Sinch is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead a high-performing Voice Onboarding Specialists team. You will own end-to-end onboarding, trunking setups, and voice migrations, ensuring timely delivery and revenue realization.

The role demands strong leadership, telecom expertise, and stakeholder engagement with customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom/VoIP project management, proficiency with Salesforce, and a track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder migrations on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• 5+ years in telecom/VoIP project or customer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding team to meet milestones and customer expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, trunking setups, and migrations.
• Coach staff and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineering for design validation and delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM and reporting dashboards.
