HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in Florida is seeking a Centralized Onboarding Specialist – MSP Vendor to support recruiters, hiring managers, and new employees through the onboarding process.

You will coordinate pre-employment screenings, assemble welcome packets, and ensure paperwork is completed, all while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service across departments. Must adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Prefer 1–2 years of recruiting or onboarding experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confidentiality a must.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and existing candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and credentialing steps.
• Distribute welcome packets and required payroll/benefits forms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with hires on onboarding steps.
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork is complete and filed.
• Manage the electronic onboarding system and coordinate with Recruiting.
• Provide support across departments to ensure a smooth process.
