HireRight, a premier background screening and workforce solutions provider, seeks an onboarding specialist to process onboarding requests and maintain existing customer accounts. You will ensure compliance with HireRight procedures and collaborate with internal teams to support customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and account setup.
• Familiarity with HireRight Systems is desirable.
• Entry level for more complex support and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Partner with internal departments and customers regarding account setup requirements.
• Accountable for the account setup processes and program improvements.
• Troubleshoot setup errors and implement solutions.
• Meet SLAs and manage cases to timely completion.
• Identify pitfalls and develop solutions to avoid customer impact.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Lead or participate in small projects and analyze data as needed.
