Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in admin or recruiting, an associate degree, strong written communication, and a proactive service mindset. Based in Nashville, Wise, or Kingsport with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent related experience.
• At least 2 years in administrative support or recruiting.
• Strong presentation and written communication with attention to detail.
• Experience delivering high-quality service to customers/clients.
• Knowledge of HR and EEOC policies is helpful.
• Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to requests; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-employment experience for new hires, including offer letters and checks.
• Coordinate communications between candidates and HR, hiring manager, and recruiters.
• Escalate background check issues to HR Benefits or Compliance.
• Educate candidates on required steps before the first day.
• Be the SME for onboarding systems including ATS and background screening.
• Ensure timely, accurate input of candidate data into systems.
