The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple teams, handle background and drug screenings, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Meets onboarding time frames and collaborates with multiple departments.
• Manages background and drug screening checks for hires.
• Manages I-9 process to ensure compliance with E-Verify and conducts quarterly I-9 audits.
• Collaborates with new hires to complete onboarding tasks and paperwork before start date.
• Handles new hire inquiries regarding onboarding process.
• Provides knowledge and interpretation of company policies and benefits.
• Ensures documentation is stored in HR systems.
• Coordinates new hire orientation.
