Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to guide mid-market customers from contract through go-live and adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment, ensuring timelines, risk mitigation, and high-touch service.

Fluent English plus Portuguese and Spanish are highly valued; you will coordinate Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, and Account Management to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must-have: fluent English plus Portuguese and Spanish at business-professional level.
• Minimum 4 years of hotel operations or hotel management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers from sales handoff through go-live and transition to Account Management.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding mid-market customers and align stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings, capture action items, and document next steps.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, P.S., and Account Management.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics and customer adoption to support long-term success.
