Job summary

Mindbody is seeking a Team Lead, Onboarding Operations to drive end-to-end onboarding programs for customers, from contract handoff to live launch. You will lead a team, coach staff, and manage outsourced partners to meet SLAs and quality targets.

The role emphasizes ownership of metrics, workflow optimization, and collaboration with Sales, Support, Product, and others. Strong Salesforce experience is required and US-based remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience running a launch or onboarding program end to end, contract to live.
• People management experience.
• Experience with outsourced/vendor teams, including SLAs.
• Proven track record of owning/moving SLA, cycle time, backlog, and quality.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM and queue management.

Responsibilities

• Run the onboarding program end to end, from contract handoff through go-live.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, setting expectations and feedback.
• Manage relationship with outsourced onboarding team; set/enforce SLAs and performance reviews.
• Own and improve core operational metrics: SLA attainment, cycle time, backlog, quality.
• Manage queues in Salesforce so work is routed, prioritized, and completed.
• Spot bottlenecks, design fixes with cross-functional partners, implement changes.
• Report on performance to leadership.
