Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Product Owner to join our team remotely from California, driving client-management workflows and Salesforce integration priorities. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, and Operations to improve onboarding, align delivery with business value, and communicate progress and risk to stakeholders.
The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, creating and maintaining the product backlog, and ensuring delivery across systems to support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management to execute the roadmap for client-management workflows
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify opportunities for improving client onboarding
- Set team priorities based on client impact and business value
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, using feedback to inform priorities
- Own Salesforce integration priorities and manage delivery across systems
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Represent customer needs in product planning and gather feedback for continuous improvement
