Job summary

Persuit is seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client implementations and onboarding programs for the PERSUIT platform. You will coordinate multiple projects, partner with senior legal and operational stakeholders, and drive successful adoption across corporate legal departments and law firms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3–6 years in a client-facing SaaS onboarding, customer success, or project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own and manage onboarding for 8–12 enterprise clients simultaneously.
Lead onboarding projects ranging 3–6 months with milestones and timelines.
Serve as primary point of contact and lead kickoff meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
